Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will incur no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
If you don't show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service value.
You can reschedule your appointment at no cost if done with 24+ hours notice.
Maximum 2 free reschedules per booking. Third reschedule incurs a $10 fee.

For services $50 or more, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from your total service cost.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.

Following aftercare instructions is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your service.
We offer free touch-ups within the first 7 days if you follow the aftercare instructions.
Cancellations due to medical emergencies (with documentation) are exempt from charges.
In case of dangerous weather conditions, appointments are rescheduled at no cost.
